At The Seoul Glow, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged skincare products unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or if the wrong product was sent.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.
